I quite agreeThe people that insist that "ghost stories" are infrasound, or the wind, or increasingly implausible ideas involving a crane, 60' of invisible rope and a custom-made laser projector that just happens to be pointing at a mobile phone mast - those people are mentally ill. Hell, some people even believe in Richard Dawkins but refuse to believe that Damn Strange Stuff happens.
