My Collection
Do you have display cabinets full of stuff? With it all neatly labelled, cross-referenced and entered into a database. Have you been to a convention? Do other collectors look up to you in awe?
I thought I was above this one. I'm not that autistically geeky that I have a Collection with a capital C. But no, I remembered I'm hoarding away every version of "Inside Macintosh" ever published.
What do you collect? And why? I mean, what makes you do it?

Mainly music orientated
I have quite a CD collection, including something like 60 Metallica CD's (all but three are bootlegs) - these include some monster rarities, as well as just about every single on every format since 1992. I also have lots of singles by bands like terrorvision, therapy? and the Wildhearts and their spin off bands. I'm having a clearout so if anyone might be interested in them they can contact me via my webpage (look in my profile)
DVD's - a shedload. Not of any particluar genre, though a lot of British Comedy (Spaced, Blackadder, Bottom, Young Ones, League of gentelmen and so on) - this comes of a nasty play habit and lots of night shifts with nothing to do.
I have quite a decent collection of concert tickets, press and AAA passes which I have accumulated over the years. My particular fave is the laminate from the Wildhearts tour with a granny showing her 'horses collar' and the words "FUCK OFF - I'M WITH THE BAND!" on it.
Tour T-shirts going back to the late 80's - some are now stored away in a suitcase for posterity.
An awful amount of Loaded magazines - again these are for sale if anyone wants them - includes the Kylie cover issue which I saw once going for 20 quid on ebay.
