I used to live next door to a pair of elderly naturists, only finding out about their hobby when they bade me a cheerful, saggy 'Hello' while I was 25 feet up a ladder repairing the chimney. Luckily, a bush broke my fall, but the memory of a fat, naked man in an ill-fitting wig will live with me forever.

as apart from the OAPs it's exactly right.
They are already known for making unfounded complaints, so you'd probably get away with a bit of noise as any new complaints would be treated with suspicion!
Also, OAPs don't live forever. Even if they seem healthy now, anything can happen - a fall, a spot of food poisoning, a bad bout of 'flu - to send them downhill fast.
Not that I'd wish any ill fortune on our dear elders, but these problems have a way of sorting themselves out naturally. And winter draws on...

The oldest is bad, if he gets too stressed and paniced he kind of faints, just collapses in a heap and we can;t get him to move. He also loves playing computer games at high volume.
The youngest, when stressed, just gets really upset and has a little tantrum. He's also is a music lover, plays recorder, violin and piano, he wants a saxaphone.
Imaging how'd they react to being harrased by their neighbours.
We decided it wasn't worth it.
