In celebration of this, what is the nicest thing someone's done for you? Whether you thoroughly deserved it or it came out of the blue, tell us of heartwarming, selfless acts by others.

I don't think soas my grandmother knew that two of her children were living in social housing at the time with 3 kids each. Whereas I was living in a 5 bed detached place. Which is what made the gesture on their part so touching to me. I didn't need the money (not that we're talking vast amounts here - a few thou.) like they did, and still they insisted on sharing it with me.
