In celebration of this, what is the nicest thing someone's done for you? Whether you thoroughly deserved it or it came out of the blue, tell us of heartwarming, selfless acts by others.

Get well soon, but......as a woman, can you actually catch manflu?
(I thought it was a mysterious ailment that only the males of the species could catch/whine about/die from)
Maybe it's mutated like bird flu and jumped the XX XY divide?
