They are dance styles
"big fish, little fish" - various actions repeated:
Big fish - as if showing someone a large fish that you caught.
little fish - then a smaller one.
carboard box - action for closing a carboard box.

"Walking like an octopus" - you walk as you would expect an octopus to. - similar to the way Zoidberg walks around but with more waving.

"Chasing two flies" move arms around pointing with a finger on each hand as if following two imaginary flies. This can involve a fair amount of movement, and the flies settling on people's beer, or flying underneath you, etc.
