Apparently he approached them at some speed along the
Promenade and launched into her knocking them both to the ground smashing her face up a bit (nothing permanent). Unfortunately/fortunately for him her new husband was a fairly sizeable, army man of much experience and was able to restrain the disturbed gentleman in the ensuing ruck whilst some passers by called the fuzz. I understand the gent in question was returned to a local instituion for further evaluation or new mess or some such.
