Not this year, at least.I need to be in New York this weekend to take my daughter up to stay with my sisters and mom for the summer. It's about 20 degrees cooler there, and about a tenth as humid. Then, as I'm taking an extra day off on either side of the weekend, I'll be working ten hour days to bolster my hours- and may in fact be in the office for 'Splodey Day.
Not being a permanent employee really sucks, as I don't get holiday or vacation pay.
