Well actually...I worked there for a long time (7 years), 3 as a technician in the very small repair office thing, and I can honestly say no rummaging EVER occurred (well, none I am aware of)
Gadd said he couldn't open his pictures, among other faults. Recent documents = fail.
Yes, maybe the technician could have made a new blank image and tested it with that, but when somone says they can't open THEIR pictures, you need to test it with THEIR pictures.
EDIT: The guy was traumatised to the point he had to leave his job and see a psychiatrist for years afterwards. I feel no remorse for that paedo cunt Gadd.
