The town I grew up in was, and still is, always being used as a set for films and TV programSo it was no surprise when the BBC came to my school and said they wanted an 11 - 12 year old for the film they were making.
I got all excited as that was the age I was.
But they wanted a boy and I was not a boy.

Then he left the school to be all famous and shit.
