Loads of times I listen to eminem or scroobious pip or whoever, and I'm like "Damn, I wish I had a time machine so I can be the person who made this song".

It's "triple beam" ... it's a type of weighing scales.
They're quite accurate and often associated with measuring out illicit substances.
