Spoke to a customer with a real bad stammer oncehad to leave him finish his sentences as it's rude to 2nd guess the poor bugger. However when he told me over the time of 2 minutes that he was sorry for cutting off the last guy he was speaking to b-b-b-b-b-b-b-because his mobile credit run out I nearly coughed up a lung.
