I know a guy with a terrible stammerFirst met him at a working mens club where I was a barman. He ordered his drinks by handing me a note because his stammer was so bad.
Turned out he was the singer and lead guitarist in the band that were resident on Saturday nights - he sang with no hesitation but couldn't order a pint!
