That dragon's going to land sometimeIt's up to you whether it comes to a graceful stop or if it smashes into the ground like, well, an enormous falling dragon. Admitting to yourself that you have a problem is one of the best things you can do. The next thing is to talk honestly to someone about it. That could be a friend, a doctor or anyone. You'd be surprised how non-judgemental and understanding they'll be. You'll find that doing this will be an enormous weight off your shoulders and give you some sort of feeling of control.
Believe me, you can land without much of a bump but expect a few aborted approaches during the practising.
If you want someone to talk to then just Gaz me and I can give a few suggestions.
