not PE as such but PE teachersa year or so after I had left school. I heard that some Gypsie / travellers / pikeys had setup camp on the school playing fields. not sure how long they had been there or any of the details, but aparantly the PE teachers (Binns and Pride/Pryde) both big chaps went and gave them a good shoeing encouraging them to vacate the school grounds. fair play to them! they were both good blokes.
