Never done one.I have never participated in a p.e lesson since I was 8, I managed to get out of every one of them since then, my p.e teacher was furious that I managed to evade every p.e lesson and watch smugly from the side of the hall as everyone else played sports, without getting a single detention. I also threatened to report him for psychological abuse, he soon backed off.
