This is a question Phobias

What gives you the heebie-jeebies?

It's a bit strong to call this a phobia, but for me it's the thought of biting into a dry flannel. I've no idea why I'd ever want to or even get the opportunity to do so, seeing as I don't own one, but it makes my teeth hurt to think about it. *ewww*

Tell us what innocent things make you go pale, wobbly and send shivers down your spine.

Porcelain Dolls
By Christ, B3ta, you've opened the floodgates here...

But anyway - Porcelain Dolls. When I used to stay at my exes house, her mum would not let us share a bed (even though we were both in our 20's), so I had to go in the spare room.

With the porcelain dolls.

I swear, as Mike is my witness, that if you turned the light off and on again, they would be just a bit nearer to you, with malice in their eyes.

I've never seen Child's Play.

Doesn't matter.
Dolls are evil, but especially those porcelain ones with their unwavering gaze. They're like the zombie ghosts of small children...

my sister had
this one china doll, that had cold, dark, piercing eyes, and I swear it glowed in the dark!
Bloody terrified me, it did.

when I was 10
an aunt gave me a china faced Pierrot clown doll. I had to hide it the bottom of the bin to get rid of it eventually - I hadn't slept for days.

Aaaaargh!
My sister had Pierrot bed covers, they freaked me out too!
What is it with people these days? Bloody scary french clowns and china dolls all over the place.
