This is a question Phobias

What gives you the heebie-jeebies?

It's a bit strong to call this a phobia, but for me it's the thought of biting into a dry flannel. I've no idea why I'd ever want to or even get the opportunity to do so, seeing as I don't own one, but it makes my teeth hurt to think about it. *ewww*

Tell us what innocent things make you go pale, wobbly and send shivers down your spine.

I didn't think I was a squeam about anything
Until my son had eye surgery at the age of two.

Quite possibly one of the worst hours in my life was spent in the children's ward after he emerged screaming and weeping blood from theatre.

However, as soon as he realised there was a play area outside with slides and toys, he was fine, and we got to go home an hour later.

So, proof that a go on a slide can cure anything.

(Except it didn't bloody work and I'm taking him to see Mr Slashy-Hacky the consultant on Tuesday to see if he needs another one. Bollocks.)

Edit: he does. Bugger.
