@ Call Centre AncrenneYeah, I'm the same, my sister worked for Thompsons or Butlins or some other cheap deal holiday thingy and now she works in the call centre of council tax. So I don't get angry with them, unless it's a bloke on the phone, then he can handle it. ;)
