hmmthat makes sense, it hadn't occurred to me that for a while I haven't seen/bought milk with a layer of cream at the top the way it used to be in the old days.
I would presume that that is the supermarket stuff. I seem to recall that the last milkman-delivered bottle that I experienced had the cream layer, and that was from a reasonably local dairy
