I didn't add it to the story, but she would punch, kick, bite etc... whenever she got pissed, or pregnant, or menstral, and I just stood there like a donkey and took it.
One one occassion, when she was pregnant, I tied her down to the bed, to stop her killing me, her or our baby. Other than that, I never laid a finger on her in retaliation, yet somehow, it was all my fault and I was a violent tosser etc...

I suppose.
It wasn't a laugh-a-minute at the time I can tell you.
She'd smashed the bathroom up, smashed the kitchen window and was starting on the living room, covered in her own blood, when I realised I had to intervene to stop someone dying.
She was quite a freak.
