This is a question Political Correctness Gone Mad

Freddy Woo writes: "I once worked on an animation to help highlight the issues homeless people face in winter. The client was happy with the work, then a note came back that the ethnic mix of the characters were wrong. These were cartoon characters. They weren't meant to be ethnically anything, but we were forced to make one of them brown, at the cost of about 10k to the charity. This is how your donations are spent. Wisely as you can see."

How has PC affected you? (Please add your own tales - not five-year-old news stories cut-and-pasted from other websites)

Disciplinary at work
For telling a joke making fun out of Jews.

Red Sea pedestrian as I am, I still don't understand why they made such a big thing about it. Especially considering I'M THE ONLY ONE HERE.

Shame on you...
...picking on the work minority lol

You should know better...

PS If I made a joke about myself in work and someone tried to do that to me, I'd tell 'em to royally feck off.

That's quite mad
I've always liked Jewish people due to their willingness and ability to take the piss out of themselves. 'Chutzpah', i believe is the term. They also manage to do it without making us Gentiles feel uncomfortable. Good on you!
