SpasticI once got told off for describing a patients limb as "spastic" - its a medical term, nothing to do with mental handicap/learning disability; rather it refers to a stiff, inflexible limb (arm in this case).
Mind, the person questioning me was a fucking Spastic (and all her limbs worked just fine)
