Political Correctness Gone Mad
Freddy Woo writes: "I once worked on an animation to help highlight the issues homeless people face in winter. The client was happy with the work, then a note came back that the ethnic mix of the characters were wrong. These were cartoon characters. They weren't meant to be ethnically anything, but we were forced to make one of them brown, at the cost of about 10k to the charity. This is how your donations are spent. Wisely as you can see."

@Synthesizer Patel
I'm an ex-Elvyn Richards veteran, and I heard it was being torn down. That makes me sad...
Towers, on the other hand, is still standing 20 years after it was meant to be demolished. Wretched carbuncle, with its coffin-shaped rooms...
And @Misanthrope: if the world falls into terminal decline because people capable of steering it towards the light choose instead to do nothing, we are all fucked. I've personally always liked Ghandi's quote "...be the change you wish to see in the world"
If I ever get my chance to go head to head with these tossers, I'll verbally tear them yet another arsehole. It's the only proper thing to do.
