This is a question Absolute Power

Have you ever been put in a position of power? Did you become a rabid dictator, or did you completely arse it up and end up publicly humiliated? We demand you tell us your stories.

Thanks to The Supreme Crow for the suggestion

Guys.
I wasn't trying to be funny or clever.

Here's what happened: I discovered an 'obvious HTML' section in the FAQ of another forum I post on. I went: OMG! that's how they do that on B3ta - I just thought they had better keyboards than me!

I opened up an entry to test whether it worked. And it did. I had intended to delete it immediately but I was too bloody proud of myself.

Mr snakes came into the sitting room, laughed at me, and taught me this . He had not realised I didn't know what HTML was.

Now: how do I do tiny wee letters? While I'm on a roll.

NB: expect my next few posts to be like this while I'm still excited.
