I am terrifiedthat one day I may have to discipline/tell off the only member of staff I have. Luckily he starts each conversation we have with 'Yo boss, it's yo bitch' otherwise I'd be in trouble.

I don't think people got it.If you'd said that she starts every conversation by calling you "Daddy" they might have done. Either that, or they would have assumed something even worse.
