Good thinking batmanrather than allow a loose interpretation of the question in order to promote (hopefully) humorous responses, we should restrict answers to those who have genuinely been in a position of absolute power - there must be a load of absolute monarchs, dictators, and the like kicking around random internet forums, afterall.
