I don't smoke for the benefit of othersIf you're getting second hand smoke then you owe me money.
It's pretty well entirely unnecessary to drive a car in a city, unless one is medical staff on call, or perhaps a trader with a lot of kit.
As such, cars belch out noxious fumes right at my neice's head-hieght.
Let's ban cars.
