ProcrastinationOutlook is a wonderful tool, but not when it keeps reminding you that it is now 96 weeks since you were supposed to finish a report you haven't even started yet.

Not really putting it offNot long ago I worked in the police department of a famous city (I don’t want to mention it on here cause it could cause me a few problems if this went public). You will never meet a lazier bunch of people than the staff that worked at that place.
When a crime was reported that will involve a lot of hard work they used to get the boss to pop up to the roof, switch a light on and get some bloke dressed as a flying mammal to do the work for us.
