ProcrastinationOutlook is a wonderful tool, but not when it keeps reminding you that it is now 96 weeks since you were supposed to finish a report you haven't even started yet.

I'veseen this happen, my dad has seen this happen and my uncle has seen this happen - all on separate occasions.
It's akin to the paperboy chucking the papers in the river and claiming that he's delivered them (which I has also seen happen).
