Procrastination
Outlook is a wonderful tool, but not when it keeps reminding you that it is now 96 weeks since you were supposed to finish a report you haven't even started yet.
Just how lazy are you? How long will you put off the essential or the inevitable? What do you fill the time with?
(We're too lazy to write something funny here. You do it.)

Man up
and take it on the chins?
Seriously though, I know it can be hard and you get the thoughts of 'perhaps this is the best I'll ever have' but I think it;s best to cut the cord and hope for the best.
Sinlge life ins;t the end of the world and it lets you get back in touch with who you are and time with mates to do things you never thought you'd do (I took up Jujitsu, it's seen me through numerous girlfriends).
It'll be hard but you know you can do it and you'll feel better for it...
