Bar management is bloody hard work..
The staff have got it easy, all they have to do is turn up, listen to their boss shout at them for a bit, work their shift, and go home.

It's the managers that do the rest, and there's a lot to do, believe me.

Speaking of the ultimate bar management nightmare, which invoke a lot of shouting, swearing, and stress. It's just a few days away, and comes in the form of two words..

So the next time you're in a pub, enjoying your cold pint, whilst eyeing up the stressed out barstaff, and you happen to see a Pub Manager/Manageress actually stood still having a drink, trust me, they've probably earned it.
