what?"Pikey" is not racist because it does not refer to a race.
"Nigger" - negro = racist
"Paki" - Pakistani = racist
"Pikey" - pejorative term similar to "chav" used BY TRAVELLERS to refer to those who give them a bad name. Not racist.
