The management companysent an engineer to look at my fridge which didn't cool things to below 17 degrees.
He wandered into the kitchen, looked at it (literally, from the doorway), scratched his arse, said "Leider, ist es defekt" and went and got the spare fridge he already had in the back of his van.
I was most impressed.
