I'm a Virgin Media customer
I've got their XL TV and Broadband packages and - while they're utterly shite when anything goes wrong - I've got no complaints (because in eight years I've only needed to call their useless sodding call centres twice).

And they STILL send endless mail destined only for the recycling bin to "THE OCCUPIER" at my (single dwelling) address. Apparently they've been struggling to make money of late, like a lot of businesses, but you don't need an MBA to see that they'd be able to do that if they targeted their direct marketing a bit more effectively.
