Hit a Provvie insured driver? Get a lawyer, because you can fucking whistle for a payout. Insured by them? Same applies, except that when the other side sues they'll abandon you. If you get run over by one, the Provvie will sue YOU, the injured party for negligently damaging their customer's vehicle.

Even so, this pales into insignificance beside their loansharking business.
