No, not cream basedjust cream. On it's own.
I've also been known to eat tins/cartons of custard. Once or twice I've eaten the first third and topped it up with cream, it floats through the custard. Mmmmmmm.
Another one that works is sprinkling sugar ontop of the custard, I have such a sweet tooth.
