As I write thisI'm sitting waiting for a pizza in one of Cardiff's fine takeout establishments, and I can confirm that most people here do their shits in the street.
Although luckily not on their pizzas, which at £7 for a thick twelve-incher is almost worth wading through the accumulated effluvia.
