He's Australian.
They have a massive chip on their shoulder about not having made a mark on the world in any way...and thus, have an inflated sense of importance that manifests as whinging when they don't get their own way.

I don't know the bloke; he just seems to whinge in the same manner as every other Australian I have ever met (and I lived there for 18 months, I met quite a few).

I thought that this one had said he was 'leaving' this website a week or so ago. I could be confused with a different Australian though - hard to tell.
