You should make them sweat a little.Over here you can bring suit against a company for making a hostile work environment. I'd bet you can do the same over there. So I would mention it to them at some point.
And if you REALLY want them to shit, maybe rachelswipe might write an official-sounding letter to them for you if you ask her nicely...
