What have you flounced out of? Did it have the impact you intended? What made you quit in the first place?

@ inflateableThe Firm was at that point family owned. The supervisor in question was a family friend of the owners. I don't think he'd managed to get the job on the merits of his management skills or working background. As stated - they did eventually have to get rid of him. I don't think he would have lasted anywhere else for a fraction of the time.
