What have you flounced out of? Did it have the impact you intended? What made you quit in the first place?

LinuxOddly enough, my Laptop (256mb ram, 1.6ghz) runs XP fine, but Ubuntu will hardly run on it at all. I still dual boot my main machine though.
While I have you, any recommendations for a less recourse intensive distro?
