'Fraid so
I remember it vividly - the film was taken from across a field and you could just make out that it was a bloke who got out and ran, before the rotor hit him and he pitched forwards to the ground. It wasn't close enough to see the blood spurting or anything like that.
EDIT: And why would I make up such a shit story?
