You're wasting your breath with the Gritty Fluffer.
It's like reasoning with a plant.
The fact the in the eyes of the law, racism (or racial abuse) is the offence taken by the victim, not the intent of the perpetrator. Open to mis-use, for sure, but it does mean it's pointless arguing "Nigger" isn't offensive.
