Car parks are the sameRemember when you used to buy pay and display tickets, and if you'd over-estimated your time you either gave the ticket to a random or left it on the machine for someone else to pick up?
Not any more now many car parks are pay on exit.
I wonder how much of a profit increase such changes have made?
