I Live In MelbourneThere are a few rat runs that work during non-rush hour traffic, but at rush hour, forget it.
The government are now thinking of bring in a new law to fine you if you run out of petrol during rush hour:
"But I live 15 miles from the city centre. I had half a tank when I set off......."
