Even since they bulldozed most of it it remains a shite-hole!
Edit: Incidentally Raffles is anything but city centre, being pretty much on the outskirts of town just off one of the arterial roads.

Not all of it, sadly!And I'll need to give the fest a miss this year :(
But my neighbour and his band are supporting The Damned and he'll be playing my uke so keep yer eyes open for that!!!
