Everyone knows that bayonet cap beats edison screw hands down.Say for example you're in an earthquake (heaven forbid!) - as the earth shakes it's going to loosen the bulbs that are screwed in, cause as we all know a big vibration loosens anything that screws! & all your bulbs will fall out of their sockets!
Bayonet caps - no thread, no loosening, all still intact so with the lights still on you can really see the tons of rubble falling down on top of you.
