Rubbish TownsI once went to Basildon. It was closed, I got chased by a bunch of knuckle-dragged yobs until I was lost in a maze of concrete alleyways and got food poisoning off pie. Tell us about the awful places you've visited or have your home.

There was actually a 97p shop alsoIt's true: just a few doors down from the 98p shop, a 97p shop opened. It's obvious that they wanted to be competitive!
It's not there any more, unfortunately. I don't know why it closed down - and yet the 98p shop is still there. Surely the extra penny per item couldn't've made the difference?
