Rubbish TownsI once went to Basildon. It was closed, I got chased by a bunch of knuckle-dragged yobs until I was lost in a maze of concrete alleyways and got food poisoning off pie. Tell us about the awful places you've visited or have your home.

Oi!Bruche boy here: lovely place. Warrington's main advantage is that it's handy for both Manchester and Liverpool - which is handy because the nightlife is very much an acquired taste - standard northern town, all bars and clubs on one street (cf Wigan, Carlisle etc). Just a shame the last trains home are just slightly too early for a full, enjoyable night out - hence why I live in Manchester these days.
